Welcome to Shoeden. By accessing our website and purchasing our wall-mounted metal shoe racks, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products. These terms apply to all users and customers across Karnataka.
We specialize in the manufacturing and distribution of premium wall-mounted metal shoe racks made from heavy-duty TATA steel. All products are subject to availability and may vary slightly in color or appearance from images displayed on our website. We offer professional home installation services across all 31 districts of Karnataka within 3-5 days of order placement.
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all customers across Karnataka. Full payment is required before or upon delivery and installation. Any additional charges for remote locations will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
We guarantee delivery and installation within 3-5 business days anywhere in Karnataka. Our trained fitting team will contact you to schedule an installation time. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure adequate wall space and structural integrity for wall mounting. Any delays due to customer unavailability or site access issues will not count toward the delivery timeline.
Every shoerack comes with a 10-year warranty covering rust, corrosion, and manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, or modifications. Warranty claims must be submitted via WhatsApp with photographic evidence of the defect.
Due to the nature of wall-mounted products and installation services, we do not accept returns once installation has been completed. Cancellations made before dispatch are eligible for a full refund. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
